FREE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM  FROM OUR LONG ISLAND PARTNER

The New York Institute of Technology’s Center for Security and Disaster Response is making available a free online 10 week certification course in “Homeland Security and Operational Risk Assessment.” Closer to the course start date, each registrant will be notified via email with the website URL and will be required to create a logon ID and password.  The site will make available session course materials, notes and assignments to complete each session. Additionally, there will be an online discussion board for participants. The course can be completed at your own pace and when each session is completed, the participant will submit completed assignments through an online drop box.  When all sessions are finished, the participant will receive a certificate of completion from NYIT and the Contingency Planning Exchange.
