Learn about dealing with behavioral and emotional response to a crisis, including the concept of "behavioral mapping" during various phases of a crisis; what an organization can do before and during a crisis to alleviate individual and organizational impacts.   Part 1 begins with basic information and dramatic introduction of the scenario, including initial team response - foundational for the remainder of the exercise in Part 2.  Scenario is specific to Long Island.
