In The Resilient Enterprise: Overcoming Vulnerability for Competitive Advantage, Sheffi explores high-impact/ low-probability disruptions, focusing not only on security but on corporate resilience—the ability to bounce back from such disruptions—and how resilience investments can be turned into competitive advantage.
