Personal Bio or Company Description:

Terri Dillman is the Disaster Preparedness Coordinator for Alexander Wall Corporation, a property damage and disaster restoration firm. The firm specializes in business recovery by providing 24-hour emergency response to fire, smoke & flood damage. Mold remediation, lead & asbestos abatement and toxic bird waste clean up are also services expertly handled by Alexander Wall.

Ms. Dillman joined Alexander Wall in 2002 and is responsible for recommending, creating and delivering comprehensive crisis prevention and disaster recovery programs to facilities managers, emergency management professionals and business continuity specialists.  She also meets with institutions, hospitals, schools and first-responder representatives to promote disaster preparedness planning awareness and was instrumental in developing the “Priority Response Program” that the firm provides to their clients which has become the preferred model in the industry.

In addition to her role at Alexander Wall, Dillman recently joined the staff at Adelphi University and serves as a Program Specialist for the Emergency Management Studies Program

As Executive Vice Chair for the Long Island Chapter CPE (Contingency Planning Exchange), Ms. Dillman enjoys the privilege of working with a dedicated volunteer board to deliver educational seminars on business continuity and crisis management to its membership.

Ms. Dillman has been recognized in the Long Island Business News and Newsday.   She is a frequent speaker at public functions and events promoting business continuity and disaster preparedness programs.

Ms. Dillman has a BA in Social Science from St. Joseph’s College. She has completed the Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management at Adelphi University and is currently enrolled in their Emergency Management Masters Program.
